Come explore Kew Gardens at a discounted price with a group of other UAL students or just roam it solo. From the vast Arboretum to the Alpine rock garden, there's something to see in every corner. 🪨

Accessibility:

• Travel to and from Kew is independent, if you would like some advice on how best to get there you can use the city mapper app for step free options from your location.

• Free PA ticket for those eligible.

• Hearing Impairments: Hearing loops are available at key locations, including the ticket desks. The gardens also provide printed information and maps.

• Paths and Terrain: Kew Gardens has a network of tarmac paths, making it generally accessible for wheelchairs, scooters, and those with limited mobility. However, some paths may be gravel or grass, which could be challenging for some visitors.

• Wheelchair and Scooter Hire: Manual wheelchairs are available for free, and mobility scooters can be hired for a fee. It's recommended to book these in advance, especially for large groups.

• Accessible Entrances: The main entrances, including the Victoria Gate, are wheelchair accessible.

Words to the wise 

This is a group trip but once you have entered with the group you are free to roam as you wish or stick with the group.  

Travel is independent and you may leave at any time, a Halls Life member of staff will always be available and on call at the site during the day.  

Hay fever sufferers be aware! There are thousands of plants here so come prepared.
