✨ Create Your Own Aromatherapy Goodies

You’ll have the chance to make your own calming aromatherapy items to take away — perfect for everyday stress relief.

 DIY Potpourri & Sachets 

Blend dried flowers, herbs, citrus peels, and essential oils into a fragrant sachet.

Make a Roll-On Scent Bottle

Mix your choice of essential oils with a carrier oil in a rollerball bottle. Choose scents to suit your mood. Keep it with you for moments when you need a quick sense of calm.

Mindful Breathing & Relaxation

Use simple mindfulness or breathing exercise to help you slow down and tune in, using your aromatherapy creations to enhance the experience.
