We take food allergies and intolerances seriously

If you have food allergies, intolerances or any dietary requirements, we're here to cater for your needs.

The new Regulations relating to allergens within foods state that a process must be in place to ensure that allergen information can be easily obtained; is accurate and is consistent - which is we take so much care in making you aware.

This means that we provide allergen information for both pre-packed and non pre-packed food and drink, handle and manage food allergens effectively in food preparation, and ensure all of our staff have completed food allergy training.

The 14 allergens that we need to communicate to our customers are:

  • Celery
  • Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley and oats)
  • Crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters)
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Molluscs (such as mussels and oysters)
  • Mustard
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame
  • Soybeans
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million)
  • Tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)

We use numerous ingredients in our kitchen to produce fresh and seasonal products. Our product range is produced using shared equipment in a busy environment where we regularly change our menus and recipes.

If you have an allergy or intolerance, please ask our Allergy Champion every time you visit as our ingredients may have changed since your last visit, and some products may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

We do our best to make sure we can cater for everyone – so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
